Our sales are conducted in Canadian funds. The U.S. exchange rate will be available at the settlement desk.
Upon successful purchase of an animal, the consignors will assist with the necessary documentation, health exams, brokerage and U.S. custom charges necessary to export your animal to the U.S. An additional fee of $300.00 U.S. per animal will be charged for this service, and is due at time of settlement. Transportation is not included in this amount.

The breeders in The Premium Beef Bull Sale reserve the right to draw semen on any of the sale bulls for ‘in herd use’ at the buyer’s convenience and our cost.
SETTLEMENT, DELIVERY AND AFTER-SALE OPTIONS
Option A: Bring your trailer to the sale and take your purchase sale day.
Option B: Free delivery on the bulls to central points in western Canada. We will do our best to get them right to your place. Distances further will be on a cost share basis. Bulls can be taken back to the sellers and boarded free of charge to April 15/25. After that a $3.00/day charge will apply. We request that all bulls returning to the farm be insured.

ow time has flown by and here we are getting ready for our annual Premium Beef Bull and Female Sale! Last year brought some challenges when the weather decided to not be on our side and throw a blizzard at us and we had to change the sale at the last minute to an Online Farmgate Sale. With the help of the Bohrson Marketing crew and Mark and the DLMS team it went very smoothy and they helped make a very stressful time and turn it into a very successful sale. This year we have our fingers crossed that we will have nice weather, and the sale can go on live as planned!
We are again excited to be a part of this sale with fellow consignors Bert’s NR Simmentals, McColl Simmentals/Schweitzer Simmentals and Evan Cuss and Evan’s grandson Duncan. This year promises to be the best group of bulls we have all had on offer and again there will be some open females for sale.
Here at Ag-Land Farms we have dug deep into our bull pen and feel we have brought the best we have to offer. This year we feel our bull pen is very strong and consistent whether it be black or red. There are power cow bulls, and we also have a selection of heifer bulls. We feel there is the potential of some breeder bulls along with well working commercial herd bulls. We would like to reserve the right to draw semen on any of the bulls for our own in-herd use. The bulls are on a full vaccination program and will be semen checked, and ready to go work by sale time. Videos have been taken of the bulls and will be placed on www.cattlevids.ca in the near future. Please take note when watching the videos they were done on a very cold day so if watching their testicles they have them tucked up fairly tight!
