HarborChase amenities include a wellness center, private indoor and outdoor dining venues, as well as an exhibition kitchen and bistro/coffee bar.

Developed by Silverstone Healthcare Co., BOKA Powell designed HarborChase of Plano, Texas, a 120-unit luxury senior living community. The project broke ground in June 2014 on a site just south of State Highway 121 on Preston Road near Legacy Business Park.
HarborChase will offer assisted living and memory care, and the facility will include a wellness center, private indoor and outdoor dining venues, as well as an exhibition kitchen and bistro/coffee bar.

Completed in July 2012, the building is designed to harmonize with the unique Spanish Renaissance architectural style of Texas Tech. The new facilities provide housing for 516 students in private bedrooms and shared living areas, complete with ceiling fans, microwave ovens, refrigerators, wired Internet connections in each room, and other unique amenities.
Texas State University

BOKA Powell and private developer, American Campus Communities, were engaged to design a new student housing complex at Texas State University that will house 918 beds within two towers. The six to seven story towers will be connected by a community building offering shared amenities to all residents including a full service kitchen, dining areas, study and lounge areas, laundry facilities and residential life support offices. Occupiable porches within the community building will overlook the university president’s residence. Furthermore, apartments for the faculty and residential hall director will be housed on the ground floor.

BOKA Powell and Teinert Construction teamed to design a new residence hall for Texas Tech University. Located west of campus the 300-bed building will serve as a Phase 2 for the existing West Village residence halls. The U-shaped building opens to the existing buildings, which connect through a central pedestrian spine. Commons areas will include staff offices, multipurpose room, mail, and package at the ground floor, as well as study and lounge spaces on each floor. The residence hall will support upper classmen with private bedrooms in two- or four-bedroom suites, that include in unit bathrooms, washer/ dryer, and kitchenette. One staff apartment is included on the ground floor.

It features 250 stylish guest rooms, a full-service restaurant a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The hotel offers extensive event facilities, including a 41,000-square-foot convention center with a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, and multiple meeting rooms. This venue is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, providing top-notch amenities and services.

BOKA Powell and design-builder DPR Construction were engaged by developer Garfield Public Private to deliver a 208key Hyatt Regency hotel and conference center on Bayland Island, a waterfront development along the Houston ship channel. The property will include roughly 43,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space with separate arrival for conference guests and ride sharing. The hotel includes a lobby bar, three-meal restaurant with an exposition kitchen and private dining area, fitness center, pool, and amenity deck. Bayland Island also includes a marina and ship’s store. Parking is provided in a surface lot connecting the hotel, conference center, and marina.
