HESKETH HOUSE NEWSLETTER 7 OCTOBER 2022

A note from the Head…

School Council

Thank you to all of the girls who have volunteered to come in to School tomorrow to help us with our Open Morning. We look forward to welcoming visitors to Hesketh House and they always enjoy meeting the staff and current pupils. Our girls are excellent representatives of Bolton School and we always get very positive feedback from our guests; I am sure this year will be the same.

The following girls have been elected to the School Council this term:

If you know of anyone who may be interested in a Bolton School education for their child, please do encourage them to come and see us. The whole campus is open from 9.30am – 1.00pm.

Road Safety

Please could I remind you to contact the school office juniorgirls@boltonschool.org.uk or 01204 434761 if your daughter is going to be absent from school for any reason. We would ask that you also use this email address for all day-to-day messages or enquiries, as it is monitored regularly through the day, whereas staff personal email addresses may not be.

We have been speaking to the girls in assembly about keeping themselves safe as they arrive at school in the morning and leave at the end of the day. Please do support us in this by making sure that they only cross roads at the designated crossing points. There is a lollipop man on Park Road and our own Sergeants cross children safely on Dobson Road. Anyone crossing Tudor Avenue or Chorley New Road should only do so at the traffic lights.
