BOMA has invested heavily in a course redevelopment that will help modernize the programs, making them more relevant for today’s engineer and property manager. When these courses are completed, students earn a certificate of completion from BOMA Georgia. Additionally, these courses qualify for CE credit for Georgia Commercial Real Estate License holders.

• Property Management 201 is a five-day course, taught over five weeks. The class locations vary each week and instructions are emailed out prior to each class. Classes are typically on Fridays. • Building Engineering 101 is a six-day course, taught over six Wednesdays. The class locations vary each week with a new location emailed out prior to each class. These courses are helping train and educate foundationally sound real estate professionals that are better prepared to face the unique challenges
