2023 BOMA Georgia Sponsorship Agreement

AGREEMENT: This agreement for 2023 BOMA Georgia sponsorship opportunities is entered into by and between ________________________________________ (sponsor) and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia (BOMA Georgia). This agreement takes effect upon acceptance by the sponsor and the payment of sponsorship to BOMA Georgia. Non-members must pay an additional 75% surcharge for sponsorships.

EXCLUSIVITY: The sponsor understands that marketing rights, recognition and allowances may not be exclusive unless so stated. The sponsor agrees that BOMA Georgia can sell additional sponsorships for events and programs that are not defined as exclusive.

PAYMENT TERMS: 100% payment is required along with this signed agreement to confirm a sponsorship. Sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed contract and full payment is required to reserve your sponsorship.

Held twice each quarter for building engineers, the lunches are held at different locations each quarter to make attendance easier for building engineers. Benefits of this sponsorship include 2-3 minutes of speaking time, recognition in marketing materials, signage at the event, and two free registrations to attend the lunches. Two companies will sponsor the lunches each quarter.

Held for the BTO usually twice per year. Benefits of this sponsorship include 2-3 minutes of speaking time, recognition in marketing materials, signage at the event, and two free registrations to attend. Your sponsorship also makes the event free for building engineers to attend.
