BOMA International Releases Getting Back to Work 2.0 Guide While the new normal continues to evolve, BOMA International has been working on a new guide to help property professionals safely and methodically welcome those tenants that choose to re-enter the building back to work. In their new guide, Getting Back to

Work 2.0: Building Re-Entry Best Practices in a COVID-19 Reality, BOMA

International is replacing their original guidance document with one that deals with the present backed by information gained over the past several months. The guide covers communications tactics with tenants, vendors and contractors as well as how to properly maintain a supply chain during the eb and flows of lockdowns.

This new document also includes proper Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines when it comes to social distancing, personal protective equipment and mask mandates. The guide puts all the quick-hit, need-to-know information in one place. The process of reintegrating tenants into a property with new guidelines can be logistically difficult. BOMA International hopes that this guide makes that transition easier while maintaining a high level of safety. The guide breaks down best practices for adjusting each system for COVID-19 and includes additional resources from other associations and health leaders.
