Call 112.
Keep calm and answer the questions they ask you.
You will have to explain what is happening and where you are, so that if necessary, they can send an ambulance.
Follow all directions given to you. If the person is conscious: Wait with them, making sure they remain seated or lying down, and seek to reassure them.
If the person is unconscious, but he has a pulse and is breathing: Place in the recovery position until the arrival of medical services. If the person is unconscious, has no pulse, not breathing: CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) manoeuvres must be performed immediately.
Very important: You should only perform these manoeuvres if you have been properly trained. If this is not the case, tell your doctor on telephone 112.
