How do the dues work?
The community is managed by elected representatives who work diligently to maintain and protect property values.
Each of the seven divisions in Glen Acres elects its own board of directors who are volunteers. The monthly division dues assessed to each owner cover the cost of operations, with a portion set aside in reserve accounts for major expenditures such as painting, roof repairs, and structural repairs.
The community-wide segment of the dues helps to cover the maintenance of the verdant landscaping, the golf course, and the amenities.
