Eavesdropping one day, I heard a lady extol the virtues of a recently purchased home. She kept mentioning the finished laundry room. It turns out that the house she bought was in mid remodel when the prior owner claimed bankruptcy. She searched for her dream home through the foreclosure list during an eighteen month period. Finally, she discovered her dream home with every room in chaos except the completed laundry room.
