There are platters of sliced meats and burnt ends. For those on a date, dinner for two includes a whole slab of beef or pork ribs or a sampler platter. The steaks are ordered locally at Paradise Locker Meats. There is a KC strip, a choice ribeye, sirloin and a specially aged filet. Classic entrées are grilled chicken or chicken strips, grilled or fried catfish, and a stuffed pork chop. Burgers are available including a stuffed burger with a variety of cheeses, button mushrooms or jalapeno peppers.
