The Most Improved Referee Trophy went to Phelix Ek Kek. Felix’s performances in the short time he has refereed are exceptional and this award was well deserved. Felix is a very good trainer & listens to advice, and this will ensure he will continue to develop as a referee. Congratulation Phelix.

2011 RECIPIENT Barry Ruttle

Barry Ruttle joined the association in 1981 and immediately showed his potential & interest as a referee. Within 6 years he achieved the Clubb Johnson trophy and took a very keen interest in enforcing & interpreting the Safe Play & Mini.Mod rules. He served as Social Secretary for 4 years and over 20 years on the Advisory/Appointment Board. Despite his age (closer to 70 then 65) he continues to actively referee each weekend, as well as assisting other referees. Barry is a very deserved recipient of the 2011 Leo Randle Award. Congratulations Barry.
