as we planned our Silver Jubilee made us realize that twenty-five years of growing a theatre company is a really BIG deal. In that time, BookIt has produced more than 100 adaptations of literature. We have welcomed upwards of a quarter million patrons who have witnessed the work of more than 1,200 actors with the support of 1,000 or more artists and technicians. Book-It has won awards, received accolades, and even had a day named for us by Seattle’s Mayor. But we share our laurels with you, because loyal patrons make it all possible. So, welcome to our 25th season. Our celebration will feature two early favorites and three worldpremiere adaptations—all of which we’ll produce at the Center Theatre in the Armory. And to thank our community during this landmark season, everybody gets a discount! All mainstage tickets are only $25 each. And a $150 subscription gets you access to our entire Silver Jubilee—we have so many special events in store… —Jane Jones & Myra Platt Founding Co-Artistic Directors
