About the Author

Frank Costanza is a world-renowned urban survival expert. For over two decades, he has had dangerous, close encounters with the violent drug culture in the United States. Yet, despite his virtual roller-coaster experiences in handling harrowing challenges, he operated a highly successful interstate transportation business. He is a five-time presidential fitness award winner. He passed his GED on his first attempt. He graduated from a rigorous drug treatment program in the Midwest.
