As Sam, a psychiatrist starts unraveling his past, strange visions and experiences start occurring. This leads to a unique transformation, not without its own challenges, nearly destabilizing his mental and physical health. His lost childhood is gradually unpacked through experimental narcoanalysis and frequent dissociative episodes. Sam returns to his roots to find answers. Little does he know, he is a mere pawn in a much bigger game involving politics, money, greed, and lust. As he also discovers more about the source of his index trauma, his life is suddenly tossed around in the stormy sea of guilt, paranormal experiences, threats of death and dying, and glimpses of hope and salvation.

About the Author

Saibal Guha was born in a bustling industrial city near Kolkata, India, to a family who endured the pains of partition in 1947. He trained to become a psychiatrist to better understand the functioning of the mind. He worked as a doctor in the Indian Navy before shifting to Australia. He is involved in a busy private practice, supported by his wife. He enjoys his work in the psychological arena, with enduring emphasis on expanding his understanding of holistic and humanistic medicine.
