It is spring’s first archipelago weekend. Our island is one among thousands in a sea in the northeastern corner of the globe. A truly unique place on Earth that – seen from above – looks like all of the other islands, islets and rocks. It is a place that brings us closer together, far away from everyone and everything else. We can’t wait for the first barefoot walk to the water for a morning swim; the first boat ride as the hull lightly and elegantly cuts through the water; feeling hot rocks against our bare skin; grilling sausages under a drizzling summer rain; and enjoying a dinner we caught ourselves under the stars. These days and nights are filled with adventure – so small and yet so big at the same time. It is what makes memories that last for a long, long time. The sun hangs stubbornly in the sky and never seems to want to sink below the horizon. As summer begins, so does a new story.

U R B A N A R C H I P E L AG O Spring’s denim look is stylish and modern. The luxurious, braided knit sweater in indigo is a favorite that is ideally matched with a menswear-inspired shirt. A jacket, shoes and other details in leather give the look an elegant lift. Welcome, beautiful blue spring.

B LU E E L EG A N C E Match blue tones together – indigos, denims and chambrays – and also with beautiful neutrals in twill, canvas and worn leather. The style is relaxed and elegant with important details: the scarf, a leather bag and those polished shoes. Matching functional garments and materials for spring and summer’s most unpredictable days.

OUT AND ABOUT The recipe for a long and successful outdoor day is simple: match your finest and most comfortable favorites; keep it simple with timeless pieces in neutral tones and soft, natural materials; and bring your parka just in case – it adds a dollop of color and protects against those sudden spring and summer showers.

DAYS L I K E T H I S Now we are moving out – to the sun, the light and nature. Our style is light, crisp, floral and bright. Our favorite garments are dresses, tops and shorts in pure cotton materials, paired with feminine knit sweaters. And don’t forget the parka or a classic rain jacket that has been updated in fabric and fit. We want to stay outside even if the rains come.

S H I R T PA S S I O N The button-down shirt is close to our hearts, and has been one of Boomerang’s key pieces ever since its inception in 1976. It symbolizes the style and lifestyle that we stand for – casual but not dressed down, and stylish but not dressed up. The shirts have a wide palette of colors and styles – from button-down shirts in soft oxford materials to spread collar ones in fine woven fabrics.

O R G A N I C I N D I G O OX F O R D The beautiful and natural indigo blue color has always been a part of Boomerang and our world. Oxford is the timeless cotton material that can always be found in the collection – durable, yet soft and alive. And it is organic, produced naturally and free from chemicals, making it better for people and the environment. That’s why it feels quite natural that we have developed a well-cut, indigo oxford shirt in organic cotton. It is a garment we love so much, and are sure that you will too.
