ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

To be eligible to register for kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before Sept. 1, 2023. A physical examination with up to date immunization is required before your child starts school. The following are required before your child is officially registered

ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN DISTRICT 200

Provide Two of the following documents:

• Most recent real estate tax bill

• Mortgage papers

• Signed and dated lease and proof of last month’s payment (e.g., canceled check or receipt)

• In lieu of lease, a notarized letter of residence from landlord.

• Current Public Aid letter with address

• Current primary home/apartment insurance certificate issued within 90 days.

• Current gas, electric or water bill (telephone/cell phone bills are NOT accepted) If 2 utility bills are used, they must be from two different utilities issued within the last 30 days.

• ORIGINALCERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate is required (from child’s birth state) or the eligibility to obtain one within thirty (30) days. If your child was born in Boone County, a certified copy of his/her birth certificate may be obtained from the Boone County Clerk & Recorder, 1212 Logan Avenue, Belvidere, IL (815-544-3103).

SPRING SOCCER SQUIRTS

Designed to teach children the basics of soccer. Dribbling, passing, shooting & listening skills will be covered through exciting games that keep everyone involved.
