Lee Roy Klinefelter, age 72 of Campbellsville, KY passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at his home. He was born December 9, 1949 in Spring Valley, IL to the late Russell & Laura Klinefelter. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Louise Klinefelter; and siblings, Chuck, Robert, Roger, Russell “Butch”, and David. Survivors include his stepchildren, Byron Livers, Glenda (William) Pendygraft, and Lisa Jeffries; brothers, Dennis Klinefelter, Harold (Rox) Klinefelter, Gary (Debbie) Klinefelter and Walter (Debbie) Klinefelter; sister, Judy Bachman; sisters-inlaw Florence Klinefelter, and Diane Klinefelter; also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.Services were held August 24th at Bosley Funeral Home.
