Food has always been a big part of my life
Gelataio • My rst job was scooping Gelato right down the street from the Issuu o ce

Paris 1 • I took a food writing course in Paris
• We learned that food touches
everything in our lives whether we realize it or not
• I wanted to write more about food so…
Gusto • I started a food magazine on campus to
• a) be able to eat at nice Boston restaurants and not pay for it
• b) write about food in a format I love
• c) make friends who also love food
Paris 2 • Food was the main way I bonded with friends in a foreign country
• It brought us closer together and we’re all still in touch
Now • Sometimes I try hard, mostly I scrounge with what’s in my fridge
• I have a lot of opinions on sandwiches
• Cooking can be made easy, but you can also accomplish hard things.
