A new look for BSPC BSPC, the Borders’ leading estate agency service since its conception 16 years ago, has re-branded in line with Scotland’s other regional SPCs to dovetail with the re-launch of the national portal, sspc.co.uk, which incorporates properties from all nine SPCs under one giant umbrella in order to achieve maximum coverage and exposure for clients’ homes.

Not merely an exercise in aesthetics – although the new logo is cleaner and fresher looking, while the addition of the jaunty red triangular ‘roof’ is a reminder the service is entirely focused on maximising the sale of your most valuable and precious asset – it more importantly serves to provide an instantly recognisable local identity aligned to the national SPC Scotland group.

Each of Scotland’s nine SPCs are made up of individual participating solicitor/estate agency firms – firms staffed by local experts with their fingers firmly on the pulse of the property market in their area who are in the best position to advise clients on all aspects of buying, selling and renting – who work together as a regional group to collaborate and share market information and maximise their combined strengths to provide a cohesive and cost effective property service that gets results.
