Our doors can be found in garages, production halls, car-showrooms, logistic centres and other buildings from Island up to Dubai. During its existence the company TOORS has established a respected position on both domestic and foreign markets. This position is further developped and extended by a complex production of high quality products and services in accordance with specified and expected requirements of customers, related legal norms and regulations.

We have an ideal solution for you TOORS SPEEDY high-speed doors are modern doors designed to fulfil requirements and needs of each user. Individual solution Each TOORS SPEEDY high-speed door is custom-made, exactly according to the customer´s wish.
Minimum space requirements High-speed door is wound up on a shaft placed above the opening. This construction is designed for minimum space requirements. The complete system is installed behind the opening and enables using the complete width and height of opening to pass through. This system also reduces the possibility of system damage.
Comfort control for easy operation High-speed door completed by accessories provides for a safe and pleasant use of product without reducing continuous logistics. A big contribution means mainly energy saving for heating / cooling.
Certified security in accordance with the European norm EN 13241-1 TOORS SPEEDY high-speed door is safe in each stage of opening and closing. More information can be found on next page.

Safety bottom profile
Is made of supporting and sealing elements. The sealing profile is made of high resistant EPDM rubber with a long durability maintaining its features in all weather conditions. The supporting profile connecting the sealing profile with the curtain is made of composite material providing for vertical flexibility and preserving horizontal rigidity necessary for increased wind resistance. The profile is marked by two flaps for better sealing of floor unevenness. Security is guaranteed by separate hermetic closed safety elements. This solution increases its reliability, life time of products and reduces costs for possible service actions. 1

Reliable wireless technology analyzing obstacles
Sealing bottom profile is provided by a resistance contact bar detecting a contact with an obstacle. Signals from this bar are transmitted by means of radio waves to the control unit analyzing them. This system is much more reliable and safer compared with used spiral cables. Activation of contact bar comes on only in case of a contact with an obstacle. Due to this fact the life time of batteries for power supply will be considerably increased. 3

Integrated photocells – increased protection
The door is supplied with a pair of photocells as a standard providing for door opening just before a contact with an obstacle. Photocells are mounted in a service module of guide way within an easy and quick reach and fully integrated into the constrruction to avoid a collision with manipulation means. For a quick identification of situation they are provided by LED indication.

Increased draught protection
Tightening device of the curtain of a high-speed door by means of ropes secures its stability against wind load and different temperatures between spaces separated even at high opening and closing speeds. In order to increase wind resistance of the door, it is possible to provide the curtain with mechanic protection, i.e. curtain guides “mushrooms“ against release of the curtain from vertical guides 5
Self-repairable execution
In case of a collision guide elements of sealing bottom profile are released from vertical guides of the curtain and by means of the system of back insertion they are put into the starting position and guarantee full reliability performance of the door. This full automatic insertion works if the curtain is released from both sides. Its advantage is a reduction of manual intervention of operator and costly repairs.

Execution with and without cover
Door in basic execution is supplied without cover of upper bar, as an option the door can be supplied with cover, that already includes RAL / NCS varnishing in price according to the customer wish.

Combination of colours and curtain print High-speed doors can be offered in many colour executions of curtains. Together with varnished cover and vertical guides you can tone this product with your requirements and other elements of the interior. The curtain can be fully printed by any patterns (photographs, logos or other graphics). In this way you can get unlimited possibilities of appearance of your high-speed door.

Operator and door control Only doors with reliability performance will fulfil expectations of users. Operators and control from the German producer GfA, whereas its operators are the best in its branch, are proportionated to provide for a troublefree and long-time operation.
Operators GfA-ELEKTROMATEN High reliability and long life time 100% quality control in each stage of production process. Each operator is tested for reliability performance before dispatch.
System solution for right performance All operators, control units and their accessories are fully compatible and tested each other.
Wide offer of operators and their versions for an ideal solution An adequate combination of operator power, type of emergency control, type of control unit and accessories is custom made. The basic economy execution of operator is supplied with opening / closing speed of 1 m / s (without FM). Our offer also includes operators up to max. opening / closing speed of 3,1 m / s (with FM). Operators are designed to meet the requirements of the latest European safety norms. Self-locking worm gear and falling brake provide for a double protection against downfall and there is no need of a counterweight. Connection of control unit with operator and accessories is by means of cables provided with connectors, reducing the risk of false connection, assembly costs and make service easy.
