Note: Fully open several hot water fixtures and if the CO2 value at low fire is not
within 0.5% of the value listed in the table above, the gas valve set screw will need to be adjusted. Locate the set screw, then using a T15 torx turn the set screw a 1/4 turn at a time. Clockwise to raise or counterclockwise to lower the CO2 value. Fully open several hot water fixtures and if the CO2 value at high fire is not within 0.5% of the value listed in the table above, do not adjust the gas valve set screw and check if the gas orifice is properly installed.

Description
Solution
Abnormal operation: FAN
1. Clean the intake air screen 2. Check the fan connector 3. Check voltage -Red to Black: 0-45V -Yellow to Black: 0-13V
Abnormal operation: Pump
1. Check that air is bled from the pump 2. Check pump is running and is not stuck 3. Check the Pressure sensor
A4
Overheating of heat exchanger
1. Check that water is flowing through the boiler and the pump is working 2. Check both high limit sensors T2 will trip in 302°F ( heat exchanger) and T3 will trip at 203°F(Supply Piping) 3. Turn off the system to let it cool down, and then restart the boiler
A5
Low water pressure
1. Check all air is purged from the boiler 2. Check water pressure is ≥ 4.4 PSI
Ignition error
1. Ensure that the main gas supply valve is open 2. Check that gas valve is operating White - White(DC 105-135V) 3. Check igniter wires Brown - Brown (AC 105-135V)

Bosch Singular Boilers Installer Pocket Guide
LP Gas Recommissioning Adjustments INFORMATION REGARDING THE CONVERSION OF THE BOSCH SINGULAR BOILERS FROM NATURAL GAS TO LIQUID PROPANE FLUE GAS ANALYZER MUST BE USED:
The range of Bosch Singular Boilers are supplied in ready to use on Natural Gas (NG). If the installation requires Liquid Propane (LP) as the fuel then the boiler will have to be converted. The information regarding how to convert the boiler from NG to LP is contained within the installation manual, but as a summary, the process is as follows. There is an orifice supplied with the boiler that needs to be installed. Once this has been installed the boiler MUST be re-commissioned with a flue gas combustion analyzer. If the contractor/ Silencer commissioning engineer does not have a calibrated flue gas combustion analyzer on site then the boiler MUST NOT be used, until it has been re-commissioned to the required parameters stated in the Bosch Singular installation manual.
Note: Seal packing must be removed when converting to LPG
