Hello, I’m Boslin Johnson, an undergraduate architecture student currently pursuing my bachelor degree at Nehru College of Architecture in Palakkad, kerala, eager to pursue an internship. I am driven by a passion for design and am actively seeking challenging and practical experiences. My aim is to contribute effectively to a dynamic work environment, while also improving my creative skills, expanding my knowledge, and gaining exposure in the field of architecture. 01 ELEVATED TRANQUILITY ACADAMIC PROJECT // SEMESTER 3 // 2021 Autodesk Revit // Lumion 12.5 // Adobe Photoshop Nestled in the embrace of nature’s tranquility, the WEEKEND COTTAGE stands as a testament to the harmonious union of architecture and the pristine surroundings. This project, undertaken with the desire to craft a weekend haven for a family of four—comprising a father, mother, and two children—presents an opportunity to escape the hustle of daily life and immerse oneself in the serene ambiance next to a captivating waterfall. The PRIMARY OBJECTIVE was to create a tranquil retreat that seamlessly integrates with the existing contours of the site, ensuring minimal disturbance to the natural landscape. 05
DESIGN EVOLUTION
The Site Is Located At Athirapilly,Thrissur, Kerala With An Area Of 500 Sqm. The Soil Type Is Hilly With Clay Soil And Has A Temperate Tropical Climate.
Phase 1 The site comprises of a contour variation of 4m with an access road at top level. The site has a stunning water fall view towards the south east and south west sides.
Phase 2 The site is carefully added with 3 splitted levels without affecting its natural slope in order to create modules on these levels for creating the initial massing of the residence.
DESIGN INCORPORATIONS

Phase 3 Modules are placed along the top and middle levels and at the southern side, a pool is introduced inorder for it to act as a buffering area for the heat that can be gained from the southern sun.

This project, aimed at establishing a state-ofthe-art OPHTHALMOLOGY SINGLE SPECIALTY HOSPITAL, marks a significant milestone in the healthcare landscape of Palakkad. With a capacity of 100 BEDS, VisionCare Hospital is poised to provide comprehensive and cutting-edge eye care services to the community. The core of VisionCare Hospital’s design philosophy revolves around three fundamental pillars – ENERGY EFFICIENCY, IMAGE INDUCTION AND IDENTITY, and SIMPLE CIRCULATION and BUILDING SERVICE PLANNING. 09
DESIGN EVOLUTION
The Site Is Located At Vaniamkulam, Palakkad, Kerala With An Area Of 4803.92 Sqm. The Soil Type Is Aluvial And Has A Tropical Wet And Dry Climatic Condition.
Phase 1 Phase 1 comprises with the creation of a module oriented in a tilted manner inorder to reduce heat gain from the east, west and souther sides.
Phase 2 Phase 2 comprises of creating further cutoffs from the southern part of the module to further split and reduce the heat gain caused by the sun from the south side.

Phase 3 comprises of creating wider cutoffs and opening towards the north side welcoming more natural light towards almost 80% of the building.

ACADAMIC PROJECT // SEMESTER 7 // 2023 Autodesk Revit // Lumion 12.5 // Adobe Photoshop In the pursuit of creating an optimal learning environment that seamlessly integrates modern educational philosophies with sustainable architectural practices, the INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL emerges as an innovative endeavor. The objective of this project, undertaken during the seventh semester of my architectural education, was to design a comprehensive and dynamic educational facility encompassing classrooms, hostels, dormitories, canteen, playgrounds, and recreational spaces. Recognizing the profound impact of the built environment on the well-being and productivity of students, the primary emphasis was placed on maximizing both daylighting and natural ventilation throughout the campus. 13
DESIGN EVOLUTION
The Site Is Located At Oshalbag, Goa With An Area Of 21 Acre. The Soil Type Is Rich In Laterite And Ferric Aluminium Oxides And Has Tropical Monsoon Climate.
Phase 1 Site is divided with proper seperation of public, semi public, and private zones along with the placement of acadamic block as the primary mass.
Phase 2 Acadamic block is created by building different modules for different blocks for students, administration, library and services.These blocks are built around a central assembly area.

Phase 3 A spine is introduced to behave as a passage that connects spaces like library, higher secondary, upper primary, lower primary, administration and service areas.
