WELCOME 2019 has started well with good numbers through home opens and multiple sales.

If you are advising family or children to buy then now is that time.

Farmers are back in the market as a result of anticipated good harvests and prices this year.

Equipment spending was up 17.5% on an average basis. Population was also growing at the fastest rate in 3 years and employment is growing. Other reports by CCI, showed $108 billion of resources coming on line concentrating on iron ore, lithium and rare earths.

FINANCE UPDATE At its latest meeting on 5th February, the RBA opted to leave the official cash rate on hold at 1.5%. This marks the twenty-eighth meeting in a row where the RBA has left rates unchanged, with the last rate change taking place in August 2016, a 25 basis point rate cut.
