After graduating with a Bachelor of economics from UWA Alan became a principal of his first real estate company in 1985. He formed Alan Bourke Real Estate - now Bourkes, in 1988. Alan is an experience auctioneer and holds regular seminars for clients and industry groups on the benefits of real estate investing. Alan has been a REIWA President (2009-2011), was Councillor at REIWA for 9 years and is the founder and Chairman of the Prominent Agents Network. Alan is a public speaker and life member of Rostrum.
