Our team will be clear and transparent about what’s included right from the start, so that there are no hidden surprises.

Receive your fixed home price upfront, with premium inclusions and quality brands included from the start. Your price is also fixed for up to 18 months to title.

We'll provide you with an upfront price, which includes:

Upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans*

• Your new Boutique home, your chosen facade and any floorplan design options

• Developer guidelines and Council costs

• Any additional options you choose within the home

An allowance for additional colour, electrical, heating & cooling and joinery selections - if desired

We put you first and do the background work before you sign a contract.

Your fixed site costs are just that, fixed.

We won’t be coming back with extra charges for rock removal or piers, this is all included upfront based on your engineering plan.

*Boutique Homes will provide upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans. For blocks without available engineering, including knockdown rebuild projects, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA contract signing (subject to the land being titled). Pricing based on the estimated title date and fixed for up to 18 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of initial deposit. Boutique reserves the right to alter both the terms of the offer and the duration that the offer is valid. Promotion will end at the discretion of Management. One-on-one consultation.

Attend a consultation where a New Homes Consultant will work with you to find the perfect floor plan that fits within your land, budget and lifestyle.

• Your New Homes Consultant will walk you through the premium inclusions, as well as any additional design options available to personalise your new home.

• Resolve Finance, our award-winning in-house finance specialists, are available for any of your finance needs. They can work alongside your New Homes Consultant to ensure you have the smoothest process.

• A pricing estimate will be provided for budgeting purposes, allowing for any costs associated with building your new home.

• Finalise your new home along with structural items such as your facade and chosen design options.

• Review the pricing estimate with your New Homes Consultant. Prepare your finance pre approval or comfort letter Finalise selections.

• Your New Homes Consultant will arrange a time to present your Fixed Price Preliminary Works Contract and review all documentation with you.

Once you’re comfortable, it’s time to sign off on your Fixed Price Preliminary Works Contract & secure your pricing for your new Boutique home.

• With no tender, you will be aware of your final price before paying your deposit & moving to the pre-construction phase of your journey. Preliminary Works Contract (PWC).

HIA contract.

• At your HIA contract appointment, you’ll pay the balance of 5% and complete your colour, electrical and lifestyle selections (2.5% for Resolve Finance customers).

Your Customer Experience Coordinator and Interior Designer will guide you through the entire pre-construction process.
