Upfront, always. As you embark on your home building journey, it’s our mission to ensure the process is as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. And a big part of that is being upfront about what to expect at every stage of the journey. When you build with Boutique Homes, you get one price upfront, that includes our premium specifications and quality brands. And that cost won’t change unless your preferences do. From there, our trusted experts will be with you every step of the way as your new home comes to life, keeping you informed of developments, and guiding you through the entire process.
Your fixed site costs are just that, fixed. We won’t be coming back with extra charges for rock removal or piers, this is all included upfront based on your engineering plan.
*Boutique Homes will provide upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans. For blocks without available engineering, including knockdown rebuild projects, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA contract signing. Pricing based on the estimated title date and fixed for up to 15 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of initial deposit. Boutique Homes reserves the right to alter both the terms of the offer and the duration that the offer is valid. Promotion will end at the discretion of Management. • Receive your upfront, fixed price, including site costs and any upgrade items. Present your Fixed Price Preliminary Works Contract (PWC). There is no tender, so you know your final price before paying a $2,500 deposit ($5,000 for Knockdown Rebuild clients).
• At your HIA contract appointment, you'll pay the balance of 5% (2.5% for Resolve Finance clients) and finalise your colour and electrical selections. • Your New Homes Consultant will guide you through the entire process.
