Our most popular course is in its ninete acts as preparation for UK school boarding as well as a means of improving or acquiring English language skills. Students follow a timetable of academic studies in English, trips or excursions and carefully selected activities while building friendships with fellow students.
Emphasis is placed on a communal spirit that promotes inclusion and teamwork while nurturing those life skills such as study skills and independent learning. Furthermore, this 2-week experience pro students with a taste of boarding life and provides the perfect transition course if they are commencing their studies full time at Box Hill School. Above all, students progress with a greater CEFR English language level and a true insight into UK school boarding.

Entry Requirement
Age: 11 – 17 years old
English Language: minimum CEFR level A1
What do we study?
A selection of academic subjects such as English (second language), Maths, The Sciences, History, Business Studies and Study Skills.
Trips and Activities
Our trips and activities give students the opportunity to explore and discover some of the UK’s most popular sights and historic hotspots. In addition, our proximity to London is hugely beneficial as we endeavour to surprise and excite our students with a comprehensive programme of British experiences and a diverse activities programme.
Graduation Dinner
An important part of the course for students is the formal graduation dinner, during which the students are presented with their course certificate. This celebration of the students’ achievements is a formal recognition of their hard work and progress over the two weeks of the course.
