What does it take to lead in the modern economy?
globalisation, faster technological change, an explosion of opportunities, greater international competition, virtual working, public distrust in big business, our branded universe, the talent shortfall, Generation Y's new demands, climate change as a reality, the rise of the ethical consumer, the 'always on' lifestyle, retirement postponed
“Doing what was done yesterday, or doing it only 5% better, is no longer a formula for success. Major changes are more and more necessary to survive and compete effectively in this new environment. More change always demands more leadership. John P Kotter, Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Harvard Business School

The Chaos Game, in association with The NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science, offers bespoke leadership development programmes to leaders at all organisational levels from entry-level supervisors to senior executives, in a wide range of business scenarios. The in-house programmes we design and deliver are tailored to meet the specific needs of our client companies. In this brochure we feature some of the programmes we have designed and delivered recently. Our trainers are recognised for their ability to link the latest research with the practical needs of participants using a blend of best particular case studies and simulations, self-awareness instruments, learning media, experiential learning opportunities, group discussions, peer and faculty coaching sessions, and work-based projects. They also have a demonstrated ability to create connection with leaders at all organisational levels, and in different countries and cultures across the world (in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and North America).

Our programmes: business-driven, research-led, stimulating, practical and innovative!
“The major achievement of the course has been to make me think! About me, my leadership, the people I work with.” “The course was very challenging and very enjoyable. It stretched me in ways that I did not think I was capable of. I have learnt more about myself and feel more clear about what I need to do to develop.” “I came expecting a lot. I discovered even more. Thank you.”
“In NTL, the incubator of many of the innovative approaches used by successful companies around the world, we are developing the next generation of tools and techniques to enable people to lead effectively in the new economy.“ Kate Cowie, Director of The Chaos Game and Member of The NTL Institute

The NTL Institute
The pioneering NTL Institute, has been the premier source of experiential learning since it was established by Kurt Lewin in 1947. It is a not-for-profit educational corporation and its purpose is to advance the field of applied behavioural science and to develop change agents for effective leadership for organisations of all types.
