We are a product development and global sourcing firm, dedicated to helping our clients create excep8onal products that engage their audience, improve their bo9om lines and grow their brands.

-­‐ Beginning 2005 company founder started his career as micro finance consultant focusing on MSME’s in China.

-­‐ When audi8ng loan recipients he gain and inside look at the opera6ons strategies of these loan candidates who more o@en than not.

-­‐ A@er several years of working with qualifying poten8al loan recipients, an extensive network of produc6ons facili6es and ability to detect quality flows among variety of product offerings.

-­‐ With these two network of produc8ons facili8es and experience in conduc8ng diligence on factories, he decided to bring these two worlds together for benefit of enterprises looking to produce high quality goods. From that day QUEST TRADE was born -­‐ QUEST TRADE earned the trust of clients and reputa8ons as an experienced, reliable partner in the field of sourcing and procurement behalf of organiza8ons in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Especially custom made product would require design.

Most research are carry out in internet, by collecting references, data, supplier contact and etc.

Concept development will refer back to the brief of requirements with additional proposal with identity on products

Most time would be spending on designing.

MANAGEMENT BRIEF Project that brief by management would be project that soon will be propose to client. As well require designer taste to choose suitable products according to client might needs.

The design of this packaging I choose a transparent cover with red colour paper as wraping The colour used red, white and brown.

Summarize :

The internship in Ques8mpact, Shanghai are a valuable experience’s that I can’t just describe in million words.

In terms of skill and learning are very valuable. Through out the 6 month’s period the improvement and evalua8ons are stated below.

On my self evalua6ons. Things I improved were :

1. Strength & passion in new product design.

2. Research of client needs & problems solving.

3. Materials and cost study.

4. Project period 8ming.

5. Communica8ons between design and produc8ons.

6. Produc8ons technics.

7. Self mo8va8ons and passion towards designing.

8. Self challenging on new task.

Apprecia8ons :

Firstly, im very grateful and thankful to Wi9ko Zschacke for having me in QUEST for internship, the warm welcome of colleague in QUEST are truly valuable memory and experience for me. Of course, not least Ms Isabelle for being my supervisor before and Mr Mariano for being my design mentor and guideline on QUEST before.

Beside that, the collabora8ons of design team (Mr Peter Bahner and Ms Laura Barz) and sourcing team (Ms April Li, Ms Maggie, Mr Wang Qi and Mr Hailin Zhang) worked out together well although there have conflict between both team o@en.

On the management side, im truly thankful to Ms Nicole Tsao and Ms Hanna Barz, for managing the whole company well and being my close friend. Ofcourse not forget the Ayi who cooked for us and cleaning for office.
