The Downtown Bozeman Association and the Emerson presents the Christmas Stroll 2020 Reimagined Poster Contest Winner! The Christmas Stroll has been one of the longest standing Bozeman community traditions! And, although this year’s Christmas Stroll will be much different, the Downtown Bozeman Association and the Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture teamed up once again to put out a “call for art” for the official Christmas Stroll Poster design with this year’s theme “Reimagined.” As the icing on top the Downtown Bozeman Association and the Emerson pool together $200 to give as a cash prize to the winning artist and buttons the evening’s Christmas Stroll. We did receive many wonderful submissions again this year and decided to choose a timeappropriate design with noticeable downtown accents, designed by local artist Brook Froelich. We feel her design is a wonderful tribute to the history and tradition

of the Christmas Stroll, even in curious times. Below is a bit more information about this year’s 2020 Christmas Stroll Poster artist and the inspiration behind her design. Brook grew up in Bozeman with many fond memories of attending the Christmas Stroll with her family. Her poster design is meant to capture that magic feeling of falling snow as you stroll through a festive Downtown Bozeman. Santa is depicted wearing a mask in the true spirit of the year 2020 and the idea that although the stroll is "reimagined" this year it will still have that Christmas magic feeling. Christmas Stroll 2020 Reimagined posters will line Main Street businesses and will be the main graphic for all Christmas Stroll marketing. Check out more details about this year’s Christmas Stroll 2020 Reimagined at www. downtownbozeman.org/stroll2020
