IMPORTANT UPDATES OPEN ENROLLMENT April 24,

2023 to May 5, 2023

It's that time of year again when group benefit plans will be renewing for *benefit-eligible employees for the upcoming fiscal year starting on July 1, 2023. To make your elections for these benefits, you will be able to do so online via ADP during the Open Enrollment period, which will be held from April 24th to May 5th. To ensure that you have all the information needed to make informed decisions about your benefits, we have scheduled virtual Open Enrollment Forums in the next weeks. These meetings will provide you with greater detail about the benefits available to you and answer any questions you may have.

During open enrollment, you can:

Review your current benefit elections.

Elect and/or waive participation in the medical, dental, vision, voluntary term life insurance, voluntary critical illness, voluntary accidental coverage, flexible spending (FSA), and dependent care (DCAP) plans and new this year.

Change your Health Savings Account (HSA) employee contribution amount, if applicable.

Increase/decrease your level of contribution to your Health Flexible Spending (FSA) and/or Dependent Care (DCAP) accounts, if applicable. If you are currently enrolled in flexible spending (FSA) or dependent care (DCAP), you WILL NOT automatically be re-enrolled. You must elect coverage for FSA and/or DCAP.
