BPW members are required to indicate their acceptance of all terms and conditions of membership on the BPW Membership Application Form. New applications and renewals will not be processed until confirmation is received.

·

BPW reserves the right at all times and in its absolute discretion to determine the number of members in BPW and may accept or reject applications for membership as it feels fit.

·

BPW reserves the right to expel Members or to prevent any Member from participating in any Event or from renewing membership if the Member puts the organisation into disrepute or if a Member continuously fails to attend events which she has signed up to.

·

Terms and conditions of membership may be revised from time to time and will be notified to members in writing.

·

Annual membership fees are due in full on joining BPW or on anniversary of joining.

·

BPW does not provide refunds on membership fees.

·

Membership fees are revised annually and will be notified to members in writing.

·

If a member does not pay their membership fees, they will cease to be a BPW member and be removed from the BPW active member database. Failure to pay will result in membership being lapsed on the last day of the individual's renewal month and all membership benefits will cease. If an individual's membership does lapse that individual must not use the BPW logo or any of the BPW materials or claim to be a member of the BPW.

·

All unexpected costs incurred by BPW in the processing of membership fees will be charged back to the member. Such costs include, but are not limited to, credit card charges, bounced cheques fees and related bank charges.

Transfer of membership ·

BPW memberships are individual and non-transferable. The only exception is for memberships held under a corporate account, which may be transferred due to staff changes.
