Marketing Co-Ordinator – Print Specialist Do you have proven experience in executing print DM campaigns? The key responsibilities of this position are: • Supporting the Client Promotions team in implementing targeted marketing campaigns to our existing customer database • Working with our Creative team to ensure all marketing material is briefed, accurate and delivered to deadline • Liaising with our in-house Client Services Team and Ecommerce Teams to ensure all campaigns are understood and fully supported • Managing our print relationships, from purchase order through to signoffs, confirming final delivery and invoice reconciliation • Working with our mailing houses to deliver segmented data and ensure all promotions are lodged to schedule • Stock management of both consumer products and print stock • Regular updating of relevant Client Promotions reports
SEM and PPC Manager
Do you have at least 5 years marketing experience with a DM or Online Retailer? The key responsibilities of this position are: • Managing the digital acquisition marketing program from strategy through implementation to post campaign analysis • Management and implementation of all remarketing activity (initially Google and Facebook). As a new initiative, this will mean establishing best practices • Management of our PPC account, which includes continual testing of new PPC campaigns within our diverse and changing product portfolio • Working with the Ecommerce Manager to grow our quality SEO content • Assisting the eCommerce Manager with Internet IT technical releases and CMS upgrades optimising web functionality and user experience. • Working closely with our in-house Creative Team on all online promotional creative initiatives to ensure a consistent message across all channels of online content. • Creating, developing and managing content for organisation’s web presence to support digital and print campaigns
Marketing Executive – New Client Acquisition
Do you have at least 2 years Marketing experience or a recent Marketing Degree? The key responsibilities of this position are: • Supporting the print New Client Acquisition team in meeting financial targets and goals by brining on new customers to our database • Reviewing marketing opportunities within magazines and newspapers, to offer the best product for each readership • Planning of acquisition campaigns on your product portfolio by drawing on product sales history or similar product results • Presenting your monthly marketing campaigns for approval and consolidation into department plans • Working with the in-house Creative team to ensure all advertising material is briefed, accurate and delivered to deadline • Liaising with our media agencies in Australia and New Zealand • Updating our marketing systems with new circulation figures and product information • Regular updating of relevant New Client Acquisition reports
