Preliminary report released on plane crash NORTH COLLINS — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released its preliminary report detailing findings into the fatal midair plane crash that took place Sept. 24 in North Collins.

The report details the incident from eyewitness accounts, confirming the planes — a Cessna and a Piper bound for St. Marys, Pa. from Hamburg with four other planes — collided in midair before crashing.

“The Cessna departed first as it was a slower airplane and required more time to fly to OYM,” the report stated, referring to St. Marys Municipal Airport as OYM. “The Piper departed second and two witnesses stated that they observed it climb into the Cessna and shear its tail off, followed by both airplanes descending rapidly to the ground.”

4-H’s 2016 horse show season wraps up at Nash Hill

GOWANDA — Horse show enthusiasts and riders from all over Western New York came to Nash Hill Equestrian Center on Sept. 23-25 to help the Cattaraugus County 4-H Horse program wrap up its 2016 horse show season.

Each year the 4-H Horse Program holds three shows: The Bonanza, the Schooling Show and the Fall Classic.

The Fall Classic Horse Show is the traditional last opportunity for the Cattaraugus County 4-H Horse Program to raise money for equine-related activities for the upcoming year.

“These shows are the main source of funds that support educational events for the 4-H horse program throughout the year. The funds can be used for educational clinics, demonstrations and other equine-related education,” said Kristen Dunham, horse committee chairperson and 4-H volunteer.

Although the number of 4-H youth enrolled in the county horse program has fluctuated over the years, the shows have been a staple for over 40 years, proving the horse program is utilized and valuable to the youth in 4-H. Perrysburg resident and volunteer Marcia Stang has been key in the

success of many of the 4-H programs, including the horse program.

She serves as a horse show chairperson, is on the horse committee, and works hard toward making the shows and the horse program run smoothly.

“Our 4-H youth gain leadership and sportsmanship skills through all the programs including the horse program,” said Stang. “Along with competing in these shows many of our youths compete in other equine based educational contests like horse communication, horse bowl, hippology and horse judging offered at the county, regional, state and national 4-H levels.”

Stang explained that each year riders have to meet the horse program’s requirements if they want to show at the county fair. The program requires them to attend a minimum of two equine-related educational clinics, participate in two countywide fundraisers and give a public presentation.

The 4-H calendar runs from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30 and enrollment is underway now for the 2016-17 year.

“This program really makes a difference for the kids who love to ride. It gives them an outlet and an opportunity for learning, being active, working toward goals

and interacting with these amazing animals,” said Heather Payne, Nash Hill’s riding instructor and 4-H club leader of the Down the Rail 4-H Club.

Several of Payne’s students participated in the Fall Classic show on horses leased by Nash Hill. Six of them had never shown before.

“This is one of the most rewarding part of the job: I get to see my students, some of them who don’t own horses, use the skills they learned to compete in a horse show and have fun while doing it. On top of that, they help fund equine education for the county. It’s a win-win situation,” Payne said.

On Nov. 12, Nash Hill Equestrian Center, together with Genesee County 4-H, will host a day-long clinic focusing on showmanship, horse judging and trail; classes the 4-H youth must master to be successful with their horse in the show ring. The clinic will be open to the public as well as 4-H members.

There is a small registration fee for attending the clinic and riders must pre-register for the clinic by calling Nash Hill at 257-5257.

The NTSB report also examined the main wreckage sites of the two planes, noting the tail of the Cessna and an approximate 4-foot section of the Piper’s left outboard wing were located in a cornfield about 3/10-mile west of the Cessna’s main wreckage.

The tail assembly, officially referred to as the empennage in the report, showed signs of four propeller cuts through its left side. The Piper’s left wing section had signs of black rubber transfer, likely from contact with one of the Cessna’s landing gear tires.

“Both main wreckages exhibited leading edge wing crushing along the entire span, consistent with nose-down vertical descents,” the report stated. “Both cockpit sections were destroyed and only two readable instruments were recovered from the Cessna.

No readable instruments were recovered from the Piper.”

Both pilots had similar reported flight experience, according to the report. Rosiek had logged 786 hours and Richard Walker had reported a total flight experience of 793 hours.

The weather at the time of the accident was clear. The report outlined readings from Chautauqua County Dunkirk Airport, about 20 miles west of the accident site.

An official from the NTSB said last week a full report is expected to take at least six months — and potentially up to a year — to compile and publish.

The crash happened near School Street, Jennings and Eden roads in North Collins.

Obituaries

Cynthia J. Saad-Johnson COLLINS — Cynthia J. Saad-Johnson, 53, of Collins, passed away Tuesday (Sept. 27, 2016) at her home.

Mrs. Saad-Johnson was born Sept. 8, 1963 in Buffalo, the daughter of the late Louis E. Jr. and Gloria J. ( Mangione) Saad.

She has been married for 21 years to Daniel Johnson, who survives.

Mrs. Saad-Johnson was a sixth grade teacher at Griffith Institute in Springville for 20 years. She received her master’s of education from Canisius College in Buffalo. She would also chaperone many events at school or just stay after school to help out the students and she also participated in Rachel’s Challenge.

She was a member of and very active with St. Joseph’s RC Church in Gowanda and she was a lector and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was very active in the Faith and Fun Bunch and taught Catechism classes.

Besides her loving husband she is survived by two sons, Brandon and Ryan Johnson, both of Collins; and two stepsons, Jason (Stacy) Johnson of Dayton and Nathan Johnson of Florida; and a grandson, Austin Jackson.

She is also survived by a stepmother, Nancy Saad of East Aurora; a brother, Louis (Ann Marie) Saad III of East Aurora; a sister, Sandra Dalton of Henrietta; a brother-in-law, Donald Johnson of Collins; a step-sister, Nancy Jane (Kevin Begley) of East Aurora; and three nephews.

Friends called at the Mentley Funeral Home Inc., 105 East Main St. in Gowanda on Friday (Sept. 30, 2016).

A Mass of Christian Burial was said on Saturday (Oct. 1, 2016) from St. Joseph’s RC Church in Gowanda.

Burial was in Lakeside Cemetery in Hamburg.

Memorials may be made to help fund Cindy’s children’s education fund.

Uncle Ben’s Remedy to perform Oct. 10 IRVING — The Area Office of the Aging, located in the Wini Kettle Senior Center, will be sponsoring a live band, Uncle Ben’s Remedy, during its Monday Night Potluck Dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 10.

Guests are asked to bring a potluck dish to pass; the main course for the evening is chuck roast.

The Wini Kettle Senior Center is located at 1490 Route 438 in Irving.

Rhonda L. Eddy-Porter SALAMANCA — Rhonda L. Eddy-Porter, 49, of Salamanca, died early Tuesday morning (Oct. 4, 2016) at the Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Gowanda.

Born on Feb. 3, 1967, in Salamanca, she was a daughter of the late James Eddy and Rae John Eddy, of Salamanca, who survives.

She was a graduate of Olean Business Institute and Houghton College. Rhonda held several positions in the legal department of the Seneca Nation of Indians, including surrogate judge, peacemaker judge and notary public. She was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians, the Heron Clan.

Surviving besides her mother are a son, James Porter of Olean; a granddaughter,

Iliana Porter of Salamanca; a sister, Robin (Rodney) Jackson of Salamanca; two brothers, Jody Eddy of Salamanca and Jay Eddy of Palm Bay, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Rosemarie “Ree” Zolner, on April 3, 1999.

Friends called Thursday (Oct. 6, 2016) at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday (Oct. 7, 2016) with Deacon Michael Anderson of Our Lady of Peace Parish officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Heights Cemetery, Jimersontown.

Stanley A. Sajdak Sr. GOWANDA — Stanley A. Sajdak Sr., 89, of North Water Street, passed away Saturday afternoon (Oct. 1, 2016).

Born Dec. 15, 1925 in Buffalo, Stanley was the son of Joseph and Mary (Dymek) Sajdak.

On Feb. 27, 1954, Stanley married the former Janette Neeley at the former St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Perrysburg. Janette passed away Nov. 12, 1987.

Stanley was employed by the State of New York. He retired as a cook from the former Gowanda Psychiatric Center after more than 30 years of state service.

Stanley was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church of Gowanda and also a member of the Slovenian Club in Gowanda.

Stanley is survived by two sons, Stanley Jr. (Deb) Sajdak and Michael (Cheryl) Sajdak, all of Gowanda; three

grandchildren, James Sajdak, Lindsay (Ben) Clark and Ryan (Rebecca) Sajdak; a great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents and wife, Stanley was preceded in death by five brothers, Walter, Thaddeus, Joseph, Henry and Bernard Sajdak; and two sisters, Helen Macielak and Dorothy Lewczyk.

Friends called Tuesday (Oct. 4, 2016) at the Schindler Funeral Home, 44 Center St.. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday (Oct. 5, 2016) from the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, East Main Street, Gowanda. Interment followed in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Gowanda, where Stanley was laid to rest beside his wife. Fr. Daniel Walsh served as celebrant.

LITTLE VALLEY — A Hinsdale man pleaded not guilty to felony drug charges Tuesday, Sept. 27 in Cattaraugus County Court.

Specifically, Michael Scholl, 38, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, both class B felonies.

Authorities allege Scholl possessed and sold and an unspecified type and quantity of a narcotic drug May 25 in Olean, according to District Attorney Lori Rieman.

Scholl’s case was adjourned for motions.

IN CASES MONDAY, SEPT. 26: ■ Shauna Covert, 30, of Olean, was sentenced to one year in county jail for

fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony. She sold an unspecified type and quantity of a narcotic drug Dec. 3, 2014, in Olean, Rieman stated.

■ Roseanna Rivera, 37, of Olean, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony. She sold an unspecified type and quantity of a narcotic June 2 in Olean, Rieman stated. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 12.

■ Indigo Vantino, 22, of Gowanda, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. Vantino unlawfully possessed an unspecified type and quantity of a narcotic with intent to sell Sept. 25, 2015, in Gowanda, Rieman stated. Sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 27.

■ Brittany L. Foster, 26, of Salamanca,

Police Report CATT. COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ■ POLAND — Kevin L. Burch, 49, of Jamestown, was charged at 3:05 p.m. Sept. 20 with second-degree reckless endangerment. A bus driver alleged Burch had stopped in the middle of Falconer Frewsburg Road, forcing the bus to come to a stop, and said Burch got out of his vehicle, approached the bus and started verbally abusing him. Police issued Burch an appearance ticket. He is set to appear in Poland Town Court at a later date.

■ LITTLE VALLEY — Codie D. Capron, 26, of Little Valley, was charged at 2 p.m. Sept. 27 with 17 counts of third-degree burglary for stealing tools and other property from within garages and buildings in several townships across Cattaraugus County. Capron was arraigned in Cattaraugus County court and released on his own recognizance while awaiting further proceedings.

Between February and March 2015 in Portville, Gaylor had sex with a person younger than 15 years old, Rieman stated.

■ Donald G. Howe Jr., 30, of Delevan, was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and 10 years of probation for a thirddegree criminal sex act, a class E felony; and second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a class B misdemeanor.

Howe had oral sexual contact with a person younger than 17 and gave her a tattoo in mid-March in Yorkshire, Rieman stated.

■ Gary Heinaman, 78, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, a class D felony; and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony.

Heinaman entered a building in Ellicottville and stole property Nov. 29, Rieman stated. Sentencing was scheduled for Jan. 17.

■ Dustin R. Quick, 25, of Olean, was sentenced to one year in jail and ordered to pay restitution for third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; and third-

degree assault, a class A misdemeanor.

He injured another person and damaged property Feb. 19 in Olean, Rieman stated.

■ Justin Andolina-Berger, 17, of Franklinville, pleaded guilty to thirddegree criminal mischief, a class E felony.

He intentionally damaged property July 23 in Little Valley, Rieman stated. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 5.

■ Randall S. Crocker, 35, of Ashville, was sentenced to 15 months to four years in jail in addition to having his driver’s license revoked and an ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle for driving while intoxicated, a class E felony. Crocker drove with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent Aug. 15, 2015, in Randolph, Rieman stated.

■ James R. Eberle Jr., 51, of Randolph, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony; and thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. Eberle drove with a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content, while his license was suspended or revoked, June 23 in East Otto, Rieman stated. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 5.

■ Summer Matthews, 35, of Yorkshire, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony. Matthews drove with a 0.10 percent blood alcohol content June 1 in Yorkshire, Rieman stated. Sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 27.

■ Beau E. John, 28, of Gowanda, was sentenced to three years of probation for third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He injured another person July 29, 2015, in Persia, Rieman stated.

Fall styles on display at Look who’s 50! the BCHWA Fashion Show

SPRINGVILLE — As twenty volunteer models made final adjustments to their outfits in a curtained-off space at the Springville Volunteer Fire Hall, a crowd of more than 100 supporters waited for the BCH Women’s Association fashion show to begin on Sept. 25.

This annual event represented weeks of planning from the Women’s Association and its Fashion Show committee: President Karen Ritenour, Pam Batterson, Lori Beeman, Beth Bolt, Joyce Smith, Bonnie Tober, Lisa Yaeger and Judi White, who also served as emcee.

The volunteers modeled casual and dressy styles from Maurices and Christopher & Banks, which had bold blasts

of raspberry, mustard and teal accents on a field of black and denim. Two models from Lularoe walked the floor with some of the new arrivals at Lularoe Patty Gertis’ VIP Boutique in Chaffee. Accessories were donated for the show from Sheret Jewelers, for watches, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, and Springville Eye Care, with sunglasses and fashion frames.

A large and lively basket raffle followed the show, and guests enjoyed selecting from dozens of sweet and savory homemade treats provided by Women’s Association members.

“It was amazing to have such a great response from our program sponsors, and ticket sales that were among the strongest we have seen,” said Ritenour.

“We want to give a special thanks to local businesses that donated raffle items, including Spring Valley Landscaping, Wendel's Poultry Farm, Dave Wendel & Sons, Dave's Compost & Mulch, Jake's Greenhouse, A Cut Above the Rest, Hope Louth (Pampered Chef), White's Appliances, Carolsel, Gail Clayback-Pink Zebra, Maurice's and Cascade Massage.”

The event theme was to celebrate BCH’s 70 years, which also celebrates 70 years of the Women’s Association, which has proudly supported local healthcare in Springville since the hospital opened. Proceeds from the show benefit projects at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and the Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home.

GOWANDA — Hosting Cassadaga Valley/Falconer for their homecoming game on Sept. 30, the Gowanda/Pine Valley Panthers continued to dominate with their ground-and-pound offense.

Kameron Alexander ran for 250 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries as the Panthers claimed their fourth straight game 45-7. Alexander currently has 1,152 yards and 16 touchdowns on the season. Alexander was not the only Panther with an impressive rushing performance, though. On 10 attempts, Connor Halftown had 91 yards and two touchdowns while Gundy Ortiz had two carries for 50 yards and a touchdown.

The impressive run game was complimented by a stout Panther defense, which allowed only 7 points throughout the contest. After Halftown broke off a 30-yard touchdown run, the Golden Cougars’ Levi Moore hauled in a 15-yard pass for a touchdown. Moore scored the lone touchdown for Cassadaga Valley/Falconer with 7:42 left in the first quarter.

Gowanda/Pine Valley (4-1) would score three more touchdowns before the first quarter ended. Kameron Alexander scored his first of the night with a 61-yard touchdown with 6:37 left in the first. His second score came on the very next Panther drive as he broke free for a 72-yard romp. Connor Halftown scored his second touchdown of the night from the one-yard line, giving the Panthers a 26-7 lead.

The second quarter was highlighted by Ethan Francis throwing a touchdown pass to David Poff from the goal line, which sent the Panthers to halftime with a 33-7 lead.

The Gowanda/Pine Valley High School junior varsity football team continued its winning ways Saturday, Oct. 1 with a 40-26 win over Cassadaga Valley/Falconer at Falconer HIgh School.

The JV's amassed more than 300 yards in total offense while recording their fifth win against no losses for the 2016 season. The "baby" Panthers had contributions from players on both sides of the ball. Defensively, coach Mark Leous said his team used a "bend but don't break" philosophy throughout the game. Gowanda/Pine Valley will travel to Salamanca on Oct. 8 looking to make it six wins in a row.

MEANWHILE, THE Gowanda/Pine Valley varsity football team will look to make it five wins in a row in the series against their long time rival Salamanca on Friday, Oct. 7 at Hillis Field. The Panthers, behind the running of Kameron Alexander, have scored 180 points

through the first five games. Alexander is on pace to break the single season rushing record of Tom Palcic Jr. set in 2002 and the school record of 2,631 set

by Andy Urbank (1982-84). Urbank's record was impressive since the blue and white went up against Western New York top ranked schools such as Olean, Dunkirk, Fredonia and Salamanca every season. Alexander will go down as one of the best if not the best all-time ball carriers in Gowanda football history.

THE GOWANDA High School varsity girls volleyball team continues to have a very fine season. The lady "spikers" have compiled a league record of 6-2 in the CCAA North division.

North Collins leads the division with a record of 7-1.

The Gowanda High School varsity boys cross-country team slipped two spots on the most recent Western New York small school poll. The Panthers are now ranked sixth as Southwestern and the combination of Clymer/Sherman/Panama now own the fourth and

fifth positions respectively.

The Gowanda co-ed youth soccer program will wrap up its fall session this Sunday, Oct. 9 from 1-2:30 p.m.

Forty-one boys and girls participated in the program that gives instruction, provides drills and hosts scrimmage games each week. The spring session will begin in late May. The Gowanda Oktoberfest Men's softball tournament will be held at the George Dispenza Memorial Field on Saturday, Oct. 15 beginning at 11:30 am. The double elimination format will award prizes to each team that participates. Call 532-4053 or 229-1436 to register your team.

The Gowanda Recreation "Learn to Ski" program at Holiday Valley will hold their early bird registration on Sunday, Oct. 23 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Village board room located at 27 East Main Street. Students from Gowanda and neighboring school districts in grades 5 through 12 are eligible to participate.

Shortly after, Gundy Ortiz decided to join the fun and he went on a 49-yard sprint into the end zone, giving the Panthers a 45-7 lead. The final quarter of the game was a defensive battle which went scoreless.

Head Coach Sean Gabel was pleased with his team’s homecoming performance.

“It felt great watching these kids play,” Gabel said. “They didn’t let those guys in down there at the end zone. That’s heart, that’s pride and that’s determination.

They were on the 1-yard line and we didn’t lose our momentum, we get stronger in those moments. I’m proud. They are great boys. They come to play and they come to make hits. They are fun to watch — I love it.”

Gowanda/Pine Valley will be playing its final home game of the season on Oct. 7. The Panthers will honor their seniors while seeking to improve their winning streak to five against the winless Salamanca Warriors (0-5).

The History of Gowanda-Salamanca Football Rivalry

During the decade of the 1950s, Gowanda and Salamanca took turns gaining the upper hand. Gowanda won three straight times from 1961 through the 1963.

The 1961 and 1962 victories propelled the Panthers to a share of the Southwestern Conference championship. Salamanca turned the tide and ran off four straight wins from 1964 through 1967. Gowanda left the Southwestern Conference after the 1967 season and joined the Erie County Interscholastic Conference known as the ECIC. The two schools would not renew their gridiron rivalry until 1977.

When Gowanda returned in 1977, they were aligned in Division VI with Salamanca and several other schools from the defunct Southwestern Conference.

The Warriors again continued to win each year. Gowanda did, however, upset the Warriors by the score of 14-13 at Hillis Field during week two of the 1979 season as linemen Brian Gernatt and Steve Matthews opened holes for running backs Jon Snyder, Mike Payne and Cliff Wheeler. Finally, in 1939, under coach Howard Hillis, Gowanda defeated Salamanca on the road during the first week of the season by the rare score of 6-4. The blue and white made it two in a row with an 18-7 win to open the 1940 season. Salamanca beat Gowanda 6-0 to start the 1941 season in a non-league encounter. However, Gowanda went on the win their next seven games and the Southwestern Conference championship with Harry Sever, Tom Massar and Willie Holocinski leading the way.

Salamanca did not field a high school football team during the 1942, 1943 and 1944 seasons due to World War II. Gowanda did field a team during this time period but they were not very competitive. When the series resumed in 1945, Salamanca again continued their dominance before Gowanda won three straight from 1949 through the 1951 season.

National Grid donates funds to hunger relief BUFFALO — To help in the fight against hunger this Hunger Action Month, National Grid announced $12,500 in donations to ten food banks and hunger relief organizations throughout the eight counties of Western New York.

Recipient organizations included Food Bank of Western New York, Friends of the Night People in Buffalo, Buffalo City Mission, St. Luke's Mission of Mercy in Buffalo, Heart Love and Soul Food Pantry in Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda Inter-Church Food Pantry, Rural Ministries "Friendly Kitchen" in Dunkirk, Community Action in Salamanca, United Way of Orleans’ Albion Christ Community Kitchen and United Way of Genesee County.

"There are too many in our local community who worry where their next meal will come from," said Kenneth Kujawa, regional manager for National Grid.

"While the fight against hunger is year round, September's Hunger Action Month provides an opportunity to bring the issue top of mind and encourage donations and assistance to help food banks and pantries prior to the holiday season. Every little bit helps, and National Grid is proud to play a role in local hunger relief efforts."

Last year, National Grid launched a companywide campaign to support Hunger Action Month. Locally, a total of 343 pounds of food, enough to feed 285 families, was collected and donated to the Food Bank of Western New York.

Old Times Remembered...

Stop the press The fledgling Iroquois Press erected a print shop at the corner of South Water and Walnut streets in Gowanda four months after fire destroyed their rented premises on East Main Street in February 1904. It was considered one of the best equipped printing facilities in western New York. The Gowanda News began publication there in March 1905 and ran for more than 50 years. After a meteoric rise, Iroquois Press suffered financial setbacks and went bankrupt in December 1909. The property was acquired three months later by the Niagara Frontier Publishing Co., which operated until 1978 when Edward R. Ahrens bought the business. In 1990 the property was sold at a county tax foreclosure sale and sat idle for more than a quarter century under a succession of owner/investors. Finally, on Sept. 30, 2016 the old print shop was demolished to make room for a new mental health outpatient clinic.

Voter registration days set in Cattaraugus Co. LITTLE VALLEY — Residents have until Oct. 15 to register with the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections to vote in the Nov. 8 general election.

Election commissioners Michael Brisky and Kevin Burleson have established local registration days from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 9 p.m. Oct. 15.

The last day for any person opting to register to vote for the first time is Oct. 15.

In-person registration is required.

The deadline to register at the elections office other than the special local registration times is 5 p.m. Oct. 14.

People registering to vote for the first time should be prepared to show identification and provide either their driver’s license number or the last four digits of their Social Security number, organizers said.

Three locations in the county will have staff on-site to assist in voter registration.

In addition to the elections offices at 207 Rock City St., in the former CattaraugusLittle Valley school, the County Office Building lobby on Leo Moss Drive in Olean and the Salamanca Municipal Building at 225 Wildwood Ave. will be staffed.

The election commissioners reminded all voters who may have changed their name, moved, updated their mailing address or otherwise made any changes that may affect their voter registration information to notify the office as soon as possible.

Voter registration forms and absentee ballot applications are available at www. cattco.org/board-elections. The elections office can be reached at 938-2400, elections@cattco.org or in person.
