TEAM BRANDED YARD SIGNAGE: Use of Brad Schmett Real Estate Group branded yard signage for all Team Member listings. Team Member pays for signage. OFFICE SUPPORT: Desk, conference room, internet and printer/copier use (copy count charges apply). OFFICE STAFF SUPPORT: Access to and direct support of Brad Schmett Real Estate Group office staff.
TEAM DYNAMIC PARTICIPATION: Participation and insight into the day-to-day dynamic of a real estate team that operates at the highest level in the industry. TEAM TRANSACTION COORDINATOR SUPPORT: Access to and direct support of Team Transaction Coordinators. Team Member pays for TC services per applicable transaction split. REDUCED eXp TEAM CAP: Option to select an $8,000 annual eXp cap vs. Â standard $16,000 annual eXp cap. SELF-LEAD GENERATION EFFORTS: Team Member will be responsible for all lead generation efforts, with Team office staff assistance as outlined earlier. In certain instances, Brad Schmett Real Estate Group may refer Buyer leads to Team Member, however, referred leads are not guaranteed. CLOSED SALES REPORTING IN MLS: Team Member must enter all closed sales in the CDAR MLS with Brad Schmett Real Estate Group (Agent ID #77645) as the Selling Agent and eXp Realty of California, Inc. (Office ID #23360) as the Selling Office. All closed sales will be reported as BSREG Team sales, and not individual Team Member sales.
