Late Night with the Devil

In 1977 California, Jack Delroy (Dastmalchian) is the host of the late-night variety talk show “Night Owls with Jack Delroy.”

After his wife Madeleine (Haig) dies of cancer, Jack and his talk show go on hiatus. When he returns, in order to boost the show’s low ratings, Jack decides to host a special occult-themed episode on Halloween. Special guests include psychic Christou (Bazzi), skeptic and former magician Carmichael Haig (Bliss) and parapsychologist June Ross-Mitchell (Gordon), who has also brought her latest research subject, Lilly D’Abo (Torelli). The 13-year-old Lilly is a survivor of a mass suicide by a Sa- tanic cult and claims to be possessed by a demonic spirit. As the show progresses, increasing paranormal activity plagues the set alongside memories from Jack’s past, and it becomes evident that he and the spirit possessing Lilly have met before.

Adam (Scott) is a television screenwriter living a self-induced isolated life in London. One night, he encounters his intoxicated neighbor, Harry (Mescal), who has noticed him in the building and asks to join him. While Adam declines, he is intrigued by Harry. While visiting his abandoned childhood home, Adam encounters the spirits of his mother and father (Foy and Bell), who had died in a car accident when he was a young boy. When he returns to his flat, Adam once again encounters Harry, and the two begin a romantic relationship. Continuing to return to visit the spirits of his parents, Adam must reconcile with the loss of his parents or risk losing Harry and the only connection he has made in his life.

Amrit Rathod (Lakshya) is a soldier for the National Security Guard, a counter-terrorism unit in India. When he learns that his girlfriend (Maniktala) is being forced into an arranged marriage, Amrit boards a train to New Delhi to stop the ceremony. Amrit’s bold and romantic gesture is sidetracked when a gang of knifewielding thieves headed by Fani (Juyal) begin to terrorize the passengers on the train. Accompanied by his friend Viresh (Chauhan), the two are forced into a deadly battle with the gang in order to rescue the passengers and make it to New Delhi alive.
