Brampton Library is a vital, beloved community resource, powered by incredible and deeply committed staff. It has been my great honour to lead this amazing organization for the past 6+ years. As I head into retirement, I am delighted to reflect on the many advancements that we have made, but I am even more excited about the opportunities and plans to continue to grow and evolve to meet the community’s needs in the years to come. In our branches and online, you may have already discovered our Strategic Plan 2017 - 2021 Community Report. Its release was timed to let you know how we are doing at the plan’s mid-way point and what more we can do to support and inspire your library experience. Please take a moment to complete the survey on the last page of this booklet and let us know what you think. Submit it in print form to any staff members or complete it online at research.net/r/BLStratPlan2019. Thank you, Rebecca
