Prior to joining Maple Lodge Farms in 2008, Michael was the CEO of E.D. Smith and Sons and COO of Janes Family Foods. Previously he held senior management positions at Mattel Fisher Price, Nabisco Brands, and Procter & Gamble where he began his career.
