Party On! Dispels Misinformation on Rollercoaster Incident The company has reached out to families, offering to cover victims’ medical bills Lubbock, TX (July 19, 2022) – Party On, a global amusement and entertainment park, will temporarily close all parks to conduct in-depth employee training after an incident occurred at one of our locations earlier today. This afternoon, the Texas Giant derailed at our Lubbock location, critically injuring two of our passengers and requiring eight additional passengers to be treated for minor injuries. While we are deeply ashamed by this incident, we want to redirect all rumors stating park visitors were killed in this accident. We are only aware of the 10 injured passengers, and we do not anticipate any changes. Though Party On implements multiple mitigation and safety methods each day to prevent such a tragedy from occurring, investigations with Lubbock Police Department and Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office have revealed that one of our staff members did not complete the full maintenance report for this particular rollercoaster. “We are very saddened by the tragedy that occurred in the hands of our employees earlier today,” said Party On CEO Reggie Pune. “With more than 50 parks around the globe, Party On has provided hospitality to all who have entered our parks over the last 20 years. We regret to see our first incident occur today, and we promise it will be the last.” Effective immediately, all Party On locations around the globe will temporarily close as we conduct indepth employee training to ensure all rides are safe, every single day. We will also continue our own internal investigations at the Lubbock location to determine if there’s a larger issue. Additionally, our executive staff and board of directors have also announced that we will pay the medical bills for our injured passengers, and we will offer lifetime general admission to all visitors who were passengers on that ride. All Party On parks will reopen on July 27, 2022. For further information, please contact Brandi Addison, our vice president of communications, at (806) partyon or brandi@partyon.com

Party On Corp. 123 Main Street Fort Worth, TX, 76126 July 19, 2022 Attn: Party On Employees, Many of you might have already heard about the incident that occurred at the Party On location in Lubbock. But for those who are not yet aware, earlier this morning, the new Texas Giant derailed from its tracks, injuring 10 passengers, including two who are currently hospitalized with critical injuries. Several of our employees have already shared their personal encounters on social media, and some even posted photos of the tragedy. Out of respect for the victims and their loved ones, we ask that you please remove any photos of the incident. We also ask that you refrain from commenting on the matter as we try to dispel rumors suggesting there are related deaths. As of now, we are only aware of those 10 injured passengers, and we don’t expect that to change. Lubbock Police Department and Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office determined that the tragedy occurred because a staff member did not appropriately conduct a maintenance report on this particular rollercoaster. In coming weeks, we will continue to evaluate the tragedy and conduct internal investigations to determine if there is a broader issue. In doing so, we will close our parks for a week while we implement mandatory in-depth training to ensure such a situation never occurs at any of our parks again. Our executive staff and board of directors has announced that it will pay the medical bills of the victims and compensate lifetime general admission for all passengers on that ride. We will offer grief counseling to any staff members who witnessed the tragedy. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your managing supervisor. Thank you, Brandi D. Addison
