Bilateral innovation days The goal is the improvement of the approach to innovation of the Mentee and the Mentors (presentations on innovation, visits to companies) and the use of the experiences in practice during the mentoring and the training programme. In the development phase of the mentoring process, one of the events will be organized in Austria, the other in Hungary, which will strengthen the development of the women entrepreneurs Mentee and Mentors in the programme.
