Christmas Party & New Year’s Eve Events Terms & Conditions 2018 RESERVATIONS: All offers are subject to availability. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. PARTIES & EVENTS: Deposits and pre-payment are required for the featured events in this brochure. When booking shared party nights, a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment must be made by 1 month prior to the event. When booking after 1st November 2018 full payment is required. Private parties will be subject to our standard Conference & Events Terms and Conditions which will be issued separately. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve will require full pre-payment upon booking. Payment can be made by credit card, or by bank transfer (made payable to the hotel). All additional charges incurred during your evening must be settled prior to departure. CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS PARTIES & EVENTS: Parties & Events: Bookings not paid in full by 1 month prior to the event or by the 1st November 2018, whichever is the earlier, will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel. Parties will have the flexibility to cancel a maximum of 5 guests prior to the 1st November 2018 without penalty, however the £10.00 per person deposit will stand. No refunds of monies paid will be made to cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending after the 1st November 2018. Monies for non-arrival are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover drinks entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party.
