Frequently asked questions Is there a deposit required? £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. The full balance is required 4 weeks before your event along with your food pre-order.
Do you cater for dietary requirements? Our team of professional chefs cater for all dietary requirements. Please notify your coordinator at the time of booking and they can assist you further.
Can we pre-order drinks for our tables? Absolutely. We will provide you with further details of how you can pre-order in the weeks running up to your event with some great discounts available for pre-booking.
What time do events run from and until? Arrival time 7pm and carriages at 1am.
Is there parking at the hotel? Car parking facilities are available across the road from our venue at Charles Street Car Park. Prices are £2 after 4pm on an evening and £2 all day at the weekend.
