harlem condos (verse development) BRICK SCHEDULE: new york, new york A six story, 5 unit, ground up building on East 130th St. in Harlem. Typical units on the 3rd - 5th floors consist of 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms while a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom duplex unit is located on the ground floor and a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit on the 6th floor. The client wanted to have a modern, sophisticated building that would fit into its context. The facade is articulated by a simple 3 bay grid using brick pier components that respond to programmatic shifts at each floor.
