It is time for one of the industry’s most highly regarded events, the Vegas Showcase!!! I’m not even going to sugarcoat it folks, I’m extremely proud and thankful for the support and friends that have fanned the flames of this idea that many thought was crazy and unattainable. To each and every person that has played a role in the success of this event, I thank you.

In a world and industry that sometimes prefers to highlight smoke and mirrors, this event has bucked the trend from day one. When you study the genetic offerings, investments made, and the success stories that follow the Vegas Showcase, it is undeniable that this sale offers as much bang for your buck as any in the country! Some of the most highly successful boars, profitable females, and banner hanging prospects have originated from this sale. The best news is, this year’s sale offering is directly in line with the elite status that previous events have already established as the standard.

Feel free to join us at the historical Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, and join in on the fellowship by taking in concerts, the National Finals Rodeo, or roll the dice on your favorite gaming table. TERMS

All sales and guarantees are between the consignor and buyer. Sale Management will assist in any way possible to settle any disputes, but ultimately does not resume responsibility for the animals being sold, or the guarantees expressed. All announcements on sale day override any printed information.

PICK OF THE CROP

Buyers are to work with the consignors to determine a final selection date for your selections. It is strongly encouraged that the buyer select their purchase no less than 7 days prior to the breeder's respective auction, in order to avoid any conflicts.

PICK OF THE LITTER

All litters are expected to have NO less than two individuals representing the respective sex, for each lot. Should the buyer purchase a lot that does not meet these requirements, the breeder is expected to make an adjustment and/or refund that is satisfactory and fair to all parties involved. Sale management will assist in this process as needed, but ultimately all agreements are between the buyer and seller. EX: If the buyer purchase "Pick of the gilts" from a litter, that particular must have no less than 2 gilts for the buyer to choose from.

All females are guaranteed to be bred and confirmed to the service sire that is listed in the catalog, unless otherwise announced during the day of the auction. Should it be determined at a later date that a female is *Open” an adjustment or satisfactory replacement will be offered, with the understanding by all parties involved that the sow represents 60% of the purchase price.

FROZEN SEMEN

All frozen semen is guaranteed to be that of the boar represented in the sale catalog. Once semen has been paid for in full, it will be up to the buyer and seller to arrange shipping and handling.

PAYMENT

ALL purchases are to be paid in full within 5 business days of the Vegas Showcase auction, NO Exceptions. Checks can be made payable to: Compass Livestock Solutions. Settlement may be made via credit card, with a 3.5% credit card convenience fee will be assessed.

After much debate with deciding what to offer for the Vegas showcase, we’ve decided to offer the pick of the crop out of our December, January and February litters. We want to give the exhibitors, breeders, and pig consulting enthusiasts an opportunity to come in pick the pig they desire without going to a live or online sale. We have a kick ass set of females farrowing this winter! This offering is including Daisy’s litter bred to Say It. Last year’s breeding didn’t go as planned. After selling some key females and downsizing to a manageable herd, we are excited to offer 20 litters between Dec. 10th-Feb. 10th. We used several sires this breeding season including Icon, Hero, Say It, End Game, Dare To Compare, Easy 4 U, and Bigger Picture. We are excited to see these litters hit the ground and believe they will take several familes to the backdrop! We want to thank Dave Mullins and his crew for inviting us to the Vegas Showcase and being so great to work with!

* Grd will retain semen rights on any boar left intact. There will be no double the hammer.
