COWBOY SUCCESS
MIKEERA GUNDY The Cowboys have won 48 games in the last five years. Oklahoma State has been ranked in the top 15 of the Associated Press poll in six of the last seven seasons and has posted 10-win seasons three of the last five years. Only once has OSU finished lower than third in the Big 12 since 2009. OSU has scored four victories over teams ranked in the Associated Press top 10 since 2008. Gundy has led the Cowboys to a 41-19 record against Big 12 opposition since 2008, a mark that is good for second-best in the conference during that span. From 2011-14, Oklahoma State has taken care of its home turf, compiling a 21-4 record in Boone Pickens Stadium. OSU set the top five single-season attendance records in school history in the last six seasons, including a record average of 59,126 in 2013.
OSU’s current streak of nine straight bowl games is the best in the history of the program. The Cowboys rank 13th nationally with 66 wins since the beginning of the 2008 season. Seventeen Gundy-era Cowboys have been drafted into the NFL, with six of those 18 chosen in the first round.

ATHLETIC DIRECTOR MIKE HOLDER
His plan and vision for the betterment of Cowboy and Cowgirl athletics have taken shape, most notably with the completion of Boone Pickens Stadium. OSU built the Sherman Smith Indoor Training Center and constructed new football practice facilities. The two opened in the summer of 2013. Two more recent construction achievements were reached with the completion of the Greenwood Tennis Center and OSU’s track and field facility. Holder, a graduate of Ardmore High School, earned his degree in marketing from Oklahoma State in 1970 and completed work on his MBA at OSU in 1973. His wife, Robbie, graduated as salutatorian from Jasper High School in 1966, and attended the University of Houston where they met at the All-American Intercollegiate golf tournament in 1968.

2015 COWBOY FAN GUIDE
2015 COWBOY FAN GUIDE
Welcome to Stillwater and the beautiful campus of Oklahoma State University! We hope you have a great time at today’s game as you cheer on the Cowboys. As a fan of OSU you more than likely qualify as an Institutional Athletics Representative. That is NCAA speak for booster. It is important that all OSU boosters realize that NCAA rules apply to you. As a booster it is extremely important to keep a few things in mind as you enjoy today’ game day experience. While it is impossible to try and share everything you need to be aware of, it is important that you know the basics. • Leave the recruiting to our coaches. Should you happen to come in contact with any prospects (individuals who are in high school) while enjoying the game please don’t take it upon yourself to try and convenience them OSU is the place for them. Our atmosphere will speak for itself and only our coaches and staff are allowed to recruit prospects to attend OSU. • This applies to all forms of social media as well. Please do not interact with any prospects via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc…). This includes direct messages, wall-to-wall comments, retweets and any other type of interaction you can come up with. • If you come in contact with any of our current or even former studentathletes, please do not provide them any extra benefits. Boosters may not provide anything of value or make special arrangements for student-
athletes, prospective student-athletes, or even their friends or relatives that are not available to the general student population. Examples of extra benefits that violate NCAA rules include, but are not limited to, the following: • Providing cash or loans in any amount, or signing or co-signing for a loan. • Providing gifts of any kind, including birthday and holiday gifts. • Providing special discounts for goods and services (i.e., movie tickets, car repair, legal services, clothing, haircuts, and meals). • Providing the use of an automobile, telephone. • Providing free or reduced rent or housing. • Providing student-athletes money in exchange for their complimentary tickets. We know that sometimes NCAA rules can be tricky and confusing, so we want you to know the office of Athletics Compliance is here to help. We have made additional information on NCAA and Big 12 rules available on our website by visiting http://www.okstate.com/compliance/okst-compliance.html. We would also welcome your phone calls at 405-744-7862. Compliance is a shared responsibility and we thank you in advance for doing your part to help protect Oklahoma State!
