Teen Da ng Violence: (D2011): Assaul ve, threatening, or controlling behavior, including stalking, as defi ned in 11 Del.C. §1312, which one person uses against another person in order to gain or maintain power or control in a current or past rela onship. The behavior can occur in both heterosexual and same sex rela onships, and in serious or casual rela onships. (See “Harassment”)
