By K.D. Michaels, Staff Writer Branson is mourning the loss of a well-known entertainer. Talented musician Randy McConnell passed away recently, following a brief illness. McConnell originally came to Branson to be a part of the Shoji Tabuchi show, where he played bass and was showcased as a dance partner for the beautiful and talented Dorothy Tabuchi. McConnell would go on to perform at a number of Branson venues, including Silver Dollar City, the Pierce Arrow Show, and most recently the Branson Famous Baldknobbers show. As news of his passing spread through town, many shared their memories of McConnell.
