What is Armchair Advocates? The Armchair Advocates programme is designed to support and encourage Black and minority ethnic people over 50 to develop the skills and confidence to get more involved in the decisions that affect them. Run by brap, Armchair Advocates provides training on online communication, how to voice opinions, social media, and a range of other skills.
