We hope today will give you an idea of what it’s like to be a student here. We advise you to walk around to fully experience the atmosphere in this building, maybe talk to some students and staff and get a general feel of the campus. We try to focus on the look & feel of the programme and less on the content of the programme. Procedure
Procedure for students with a Dutch diploma consists of four steps:
• Step 1: Register Studielink (before 1 May)
• Step 2: Apply via My online application (before 1 May)
• Step 3: Take part in the selection procedure
• Step 4: Complete your registration
Step 1: Register via Studielink
Step 2: Apply via My online applications
• Upload your application documents; CV and motivation letter in English, (secondary school diploma) incl. recent list of grades.
• A pplication package will be screened for eligibility
• Should you meet all requirements: Invitation selection day (incl. Online English test, personality test at home).
Step 3: Take part in the selection procedure
Selection day consists of:
• presentation about the Hotel Management programme of Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas)
• guided tour
• ‘ Speed dating’
• Selection interview with two lecturers: -s tart with a pitch -motivation, experiences, skills English fluency
Admission
Within 3 weeks after the selection day, the result will be communicated:
> Accepted to the programme
> Waiting list
> Rejected

3 year programme
You can attend the 3-year programme if you have completed preuniversity education (or: propedeutic certificate – economic domain). In addition, you must have proven experience in, and an affinity with, the hospitality industry. Or a Higher general diploma (Havo) + vocational diploma (MBO 4 HOM) for the 3 year special track.

4 year track
