Upright Shoulder Start with your feet shoulder width apart, standing entirely upright.

Left LEG Maintain a straight spine with your stomach pulled inwards and take a huge step forward with your left leg.

Your Left Leg

Bend your right knee as close to a 90 degree angle as possible. You should be on the ball of your right foot with the majority of your weight pressing through the heel of your left foot.

Push your left leg off of the ground, mentally linking to your glutes and return to standing upright.
